Wedding Open House

Open House in Houston!!!

Our Open House was so beautiful! We loved everything about it!
Chris' Mother Shauna and sister Chantel are the beautiful ladies
that coordinated our whole open house together in Houston, Texas! Of course other wonderful woman in the ward helped pull it off,
and it looks so perfect!

Chris and I at our wonderful Houston Open House! My Daddy took the picture!
Chris is the love of my life, and we were so excited to be in Houston and share this exciting time of our lives with his friends and family there!
Shaa la la la la la don't be shy. . . go on and kiss the boy!
The delicious cupcakes we had with yummy edible flowers!
Our color theme was purple, black and white.

Everyone enjoying themselves to our wonderful assortment of finger foods and mingling and sharing a good time!

I am an EIGHT COW WIFE!

Seen Johnny Lingo anyone?
The story is one man on a small tropical Island finds the woman of his dreams. The tradition is to give the Father, of the woman you want to marry, a dowry. That dowry is an offering of cows. Now on this Island the largest amount of cows ever given for one woman was 3 cows. Now the awesome part is that when Johnny Lingo found his future wife, he gave her father 8 cows! This spread through the entire Island like wild fire and everyone gossiped about the man who gave 8 cows. And all the ladies were jealous of the woman who was worth 8 cows. This amount was unheard of and now the story is legendary.

Chris gave my Father 8 cows for me, an unheard of price, as a sign of respect Chris gave his dowry.

Chris gave my Dad a dowry of EIGHT COWS, four you see here in his hands, and four more on the table! He loved them, and carried them around for most of the Open House! My Dad is so cute, I love him so much.
My Dad's favorite picture, and he took it! He is so amazing!
Everything was so wonderful and beautiful, Chris' sister Chantel did my hair and it looked gorgeous!!!!! She is an amazing hair dresser!

Thank you to everyone who helped us on this magnificent evening!
